2.) Contact our office 614-390-3325 to view the inside of the property (No agent is required on properties we already own). One of our non-invasive agents can gladly meet you at the home to let you walk in privately.
- 3.) Set an appointment to present your offer or simply call our office to make a verbal offer.
- 4.) Once agreed and accepted we require a $1000 earnest money made payble to Hostetler Title, waiver of inspection (must be completed before offer is accpeted).
- 5.) We now deliver paper work to Hostetler Title and Closing Services located at 71 E Wilson Bridge Rd Worthington, OH 43085. Their direct line is (614) 781-1761
- 6.) We can usually close within 48 hours from date of acceptance.
